As Compliance & Ethics Officer for Realogy Corporation my goal is to create a legal, respectful and ethical work environment. I develop and implement appropriate legal and ethical standards for Realogy and its business units, and promote legal and ethical conduct in our business interactions with franchisees, affiliated real estate agents, vendors and customers. I also serve as General Counsel for the Realogy Franchise Group, and in that role I manage the legal work of Realogy Corporation franchise brands including Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, ERA®, Sotheby’s International Realty®, and Coldwell Banker Commercial®.
