    I would want to know if their expectations are in the ball park. Be they buyers or sellers, this is critical. Most of us deal with buyers on the internet. Here we have two conditions when a buyer is expecting too much. First they are just ignorant of the market place. Or, second, they are shooting the moon... initially in hoping to get a great deal. In this case there is a chance of educating and eventually closing a deal.
