Frank O’Neill, SRA SVP, Chief Appraiser at Sepso Appraisal Associates, LLC which provides appraisal services throughout the State of Connecticut. Previously, Vice President, Zone Relations and Training for Zaio Inc. His role was to lead training, develop advanced market analysis techniques, and coordinate appraisal operational efforts of hundreds of appraisal experts throughout the United States. His career as an appraiser began in 1985 and since then he has developed experience appraising a wide variety of single family, multifamily, and commercial properties. Mr. O’Neill is an SRA designated member of the Appraisal Institute. He served for five years on the CT Real Estate Appraisal Commission, and spent ten years on the Board of Directors of the CT Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, serving as Chapter President in 1999. He has over 20 years experience as a real estate and appraisal educator, teaching for the Appraisal Institute, as Adjunct Faculty for the University of Connecticut, and for many other schools and organizations. During that time Mr. O’Neill has taught and designed courses and seminars covering a wide variety of appraisal topics. Mr. O’Neill was the first AQB Certified USPAP Instructor in CT and continues to teach professional standards currently.
