I have worked some large industrial projects in Romania in '80's with 2 major state owned companies. Project manager, surveying, preparing financial statements, etc.

In early '90's I have worked in Germany for a private engineering company. I spend most of the time in the field with the surveying team. We have been involved on a daily basis with a major planned community and other major commercial projects around Baden Wurttenberg.

In the past few years I have done lots of BPO's and had sold Bank Owned Homes around Charlotte area.

At the same time I have passed the appraiser state test, and now I am an 'appraiser trainee'...
