    Two words: Caveat Emptor. We've created so many regulations and rules in the name of "consumer protection" that it was still feasible for the "poor consumer" to be lead astray. Try personal responsibility, accountability and living with the consequences of your actions. We are living in an Alice in Wonderland world.

    Right on! We have to overcome a predisposed mind set created by national media hype. Many people who are actively looking today tend to overlook the medium- and long-term proposition of real estate. They want to buy as if they were going to flip it tomorrow, to make a quick buck.
