If his board will take that away from him, I think they owe him some reparations, provided they can't prove he acted in bad faith when he registered the domain and promoted the site. If SAR's motivation is truly about protecting both consumers and their own membership, then they will allow Marc to keep control over the domain, provided it redirects to his newer site.
