As a single woman on Maui, I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would be able to afford my own home here. But, I decided I had to try. Being a first time home buyer, with limited cash flow, I was extra cautious setting out on this adventure. I interviewed four different real estate agents in my search for the perfect person to represent me. It was not until I met Gina that I knew my search was over. Our search began, and Gina was eager to show me the gamut of homes available. However, with a budget of about $400k, the search results were less than desirable. An incredible deal like this doesn't go unnoticed for long, and other offers came flooding in. Gina stayed on them, and in the end her diligence and negotiating won out - I was going to get my house!

Within a few weeks, I was closing on the property and moving in. I think I was still in shock when Gina came over, beaming, to officially hand over the keys. Six months later, here I am working on projects, happily turning the house into a home, and proudly taking stock of my huge accomplishment.
