He is know for his visionary insights into the future of real estate. Herder is also known for his dynamic speaking style and the impact on productivity of his Mega-Marketing, The Gateway and Mega-Managing seminars and other programs on the subject of cutting-edge real estate marketing and productivity. Herder also serves as a trusted consultant to many of the industry’s top agents and companies. Greg graduated cum laude from California State University (CSUF) with a BA in psychology and earned his MBA from the University of California Irvine (UCI). He is currently a part time Professor at California State University Fullerton, where he currently teaches Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Finance. He is actively involved in UCI’s center for real estate. He also sits on the Board of Directors for NewKey Mortgage company.
