My name is Greg Holt and I live in Denver, Colorado. I am CEO of a real estate web site Pad4pad.com. My goal is to provide an active prospecting tool to real estate agents that can think outside of the box and are willing to go the extra mile to sell their clients properties. My web site was developed when my home sat on the market for over a year without being sold. My wife made a comment "what if we could find the people in Fort Collins (where we want to move) that wanted to move to Denver"? The light bulb went off in my head and pad4pad.com was born. We just went live 2/25/2008 with a huge response from the public/media. Your customers want service and marketing like this. I can help you give it to them.     I provide a free service where real estate agents can list their properties but with a twist. In addition to listing the property, you input your customers exchange information (where they want to move and what type of property they are looking for). Then you can search our data base for individuals who are looking for what your clients have and have what your clients want. You can market to these individuals through my site pad4pad.com.     Great post! What if you could combine the two? Having an agent be enough tech savy and ahead of the crowd that they are using all the tools available to the consumers online. This was the situation I was in trying to sell my home with a real estate agent stuck in the past and not willing to utilize concepts and techniques that were needed to sell my home. Thus, I dropped my agent and have looked for alternative solutions to sell my home. I believe the two being tech savy and a real estate agent are both critical pieces to a real estate transaction.     Joe, I understand you might not have found a match yet. The site is only a week old and is receiving a tremendous number of hits and listings. We are about to get a lot of media attention as well. The site is designed not to be the end all say all to sell your homes but another tool for real estate agents to utilize to benefit their clients. Best of luck to you.
