Hanh Dang Brown Perhaps one (Internet social networking) doesn't replace the other (Face to face interaction). It is a fine balance between the two. However, with regard to the internet social networking, people can learn about you (i.e., who, where, what, etc, from your site/blogs) while you are asleep. One could have 50 visitors that could learn about you before you even talk to them and perhaps, out of that 50, you may have 10 voice to voice contacts (not bad considering you were asleep when this was initiated). Anyone can have a typical RE blogging site but to have your own unique brand with class and sophistication utilizing the latest tools and technologies .. they set the standard. Their IDX interface to the homesite is SEAMLESS while others, it looks like a browser within a browser also called an I-Frame .. looks cheap and simple to do. And no they did not do my website nor paid me to say this .. I did my own using Joomla CMS .. an open source content management system, very powerful in the web world. The tools on my site enabling to list and syndicate properties are for any one to use for free.
