    I like this article in response to the Mr. DeWald premise that negotiations are seldom helpful when there is great difference in strength between the parties. Thanks to Greg for his article here. I agree with him that a good negotiator is not a steamroller, but is rather a skilled person who can "evaluate needs and wants and match each participant's needs to the available capital."
