Helene J. Frudakis is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Mortgage Broker. She owns and operates both Florida VIP Realty, Inc. and GAFCO, Inc. a woman-owned corporation in the process of obtaining minority status. She was born in New York and has resided in the Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch area of Florida for 25 years.
She is very outgoing, professional, and has a high level of integrity and a strong passion for the work that she performs.
In addition to real estate and mortgages, she has also been working beside her husband, in real estate development and construction for several years, supporting him with all aspects of development including working directly with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients.
Additionally, she has many years of knowledge in interior decorating services and is in charge of the design center at GAFCO, Inc. which is a full-service, self-performing general contracting firm.
Helene Frudakis has successfully worked with residential, commercial and development properties.
Helene has a lot of heart and compassion, while working with her clients and strives very hard to produce successful results for them.
