  • We are a brokerage started
    By Henry ShaoMay 21, 2009 - 4:40pm

We are a brokerage started in California, and have enjoyed using our website as our main real estate brokerage storefront. Google traffic is important to us as is to most other real estate websites. It seems it does not make sense that as we are members of the MLS's, that our MLS are implementing rules that will be hurting our business in relation to these other real estate businesses that are not members of the MLS. I suspect that MIBR did not intentionally do that, and probably wasn't aware of the consequences that this actually hurt their member Realtors. • The discount brokerage model
    By Henry ShaoJuly 2, 2008 - 6:20pm

The discount brokerage model has been around for a long time, and in a way time-proven. It is just that it appears some of the new companies are trying to pitch giving too large a discount, to the extend that the business fundamentally cannot be made profitable. Henry Shao Movoto Real Estate
