Mr Clark is Executive Vice President and Managing Broker for Willis Allen Real Estate headquartered in La Jolla, Calif. Founded in 1914, Willis Allen is a privately owned real estate brokerage with eight residential real estate sales offices located in the affluent communities of La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Point Loma, Downtown San Diego, Coronado, Fallbrook and most recently Santaluz in north San Diego County’s rapidly developing Carmel Valley.

Additionally, Willis Allen is the exclusive San Diego affiliate for “Luxury Portfolio Fine Property Collection” division of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, the leading broker network for luxury properties as well as the “Board of Regents” division of Who’s Who In Luxury Real Estate, founder of the most viewed Internet site for international luxury property listings.

With annual sales in excess of one billion dollars, Willis Allen’s average selling price exceeds one million dollars while its agents’ average annual sales volume remains unchallenged at eight million dollars.

Prior to joining Willis Allen, Mr Clark began his career in real estate with Merrill Lynch Realty in La Jolla and subsequently served as La Jolla Branch Manager and San Diego Regional Senior Vice President for Grubb&Ellis Residential Real Estate and its successor companies.

A past Director of the San Diego Association of Realtors and a member of various committees, Mr Clark is currently a member and past Chair of the association’s Risk Management Committee. He is a past President and Director of the Real Estate Brokers’ Association of La Jolla (REBA), one of the state’s oldest real estate associations that was founded in 1934. A recipient of numerous awards, he has also contributed to real estate periodicals and forums.

After graduating from business school with a BA in banking and finance, Mr Clark joined the Federal Reserve Bank, 11th District Dallas Branch. He also worked in the investment industry as an investment analyst, portfolio manager and sales associate in Dallas, New York, London and La Jolla.

In addition to his real estate activities, Mr Clark is an active supporter of Francis Parker School, La Jolla Museum of Contemporary Art, Scripps Foundation, La Jolla Music Society, The Athenaeum Music & Arts Library and South Coast Repertory Theatre. Mr Clark resides in La Jolla, Calif. with his wife Gloria who is a Sales Associate with her son Terry Nicklin in Willis Allen’s La Jolla office. Mr Clark enjoys reading, gardening, running, the arts and anything in the kitchen.
