    Liveinutah.com is another great example of a site that integrates IDX search using an IDX plugin. In this case - they've added lead capture, lead login, iPhone App link, and search Widgets to the sidebar. They've also added custom IDX search links to their top navigation. Thesis is mentioned in this article, however as Justin noted, there are many theme options available for those interested in WordPress. StudioPress.com offers an AgentPress theme that is very helpful to Agents/Brokers who want to get started with WordPress.
