    Good job LuAnn, we need more pro-active agents like her. The leadership is so out of touch with reality these days. Keep placing more regulations on loans and forcing the insurance industry, not only home owners will stop buying, but also the investors.

    Good points, David! I constantly see the need to "sharpen my axe", especially in this fast-pasted market. I particularly don't like prospecting on the phone, so I've put a lot of effort into social media and website lead generation. After some time it started working for me personally. But everyone is different and has different ways of generating business. It's another beautiful day in Tampa Bay!
