    While working with a buyer that has been a loyal client in the past. Seeing the services I have to offer while selling and now while buying.Provided this client with an eye opener as to how hard we work for our commissions. Before meeting me, my client went through 2 Realtors and was so frustrated with the way the other agents handled the marketing and process of the sale. Both the client and I worked very hard to close the deal. Seeing the difference was enough for my client to appreciate my services. I worked the hardest and split the commission with 2 other agents and 2 brokers. My client was so upset with the way the commission was split she has sent me new sellers and tried to help ever since. I work for free till I close the deal and they know that. If you are not able to convince the buyer or the seller about this you will visit the compensation issue over and over again. If you are willing to work as hard as you do for them they don't seem to mind paying a transaction fee nor do they question your pay for you completing the deal and getting it to the closing table. I think my clients biggest eye opener is how slack the other agents are and how they are so quick to promote themselves. Instead of service all you get is lip service about the no service.     Incentive for the buyer and the seller when they are aware of the tax credit. Both are excited to enter the market. As you know there is nothing wrong with the home that the price won't cure. This allows the seller to sell a little higher and the buyer to buy a little lower.
