In 1989 I began working as an Exclusive Buyers Agent. In 1995 I founded Buyer’s Option Realty Services in Nashua, NH; a "consumer centric" real estate company in which services are tailored to the needs of only home-buyers.
My real estate career has been spent assisting home-buying clients through a complete buying program by helping them set realistic goals; explaining the buying process, guiding them through the decision-making process and helping them establish and negotiate purchase price and terms – always protecting my clients best interests.
I have extensive knowledge of real estate, federal, state and local laws. As a buyer's broker I perform on-line research utilizing real estate and environmental data bases, obtain and review tax bills, assessors property card, municipal property files, septic and well information, condominium documents, new construction plans and specifications, subdivision restrictions and easements.
I also analyze comparable sales to establish the market value of a property and develop a negotiating strategy to maximize price and terms advantageous to my clients. When buying a home call an agency who's sole interest is protecting the interest of the home-buyer.
