    As an investor and wholesaler in Detroit, I have seen a very large upsurge in out of state investors coming to Detroit. The opportunities to purchase are unparalleled for the price points, quality of houses, and the strong rental market. We're also seeing a lot of people that rush into areas that aren't good to invest in, which is why it's always good to work with a local investor and Realtor that's on the ground. There are more sales each month in Detroit and we want everyone being successful in their investments!
