Father | Husband | Mad Scientist |I’m a CA Real Estate Broker looking to make a difference w/ my agents and customers. Oh & I love music to!

Hi, I’m Jason Lopez and I eat, sleep and breathe real estate! I wouldn’t say it’s a job or career…more like an addiction/passion. The way I see it, we all need an expert to help us make smart decisions…no matter what you’re buying or selling. And that’s where I come in. As a second generation REALTOR and licensed Broker (# 01180851) in California, it’s my mission to deliver timely information to help you make informed decisions. So if you have questions about anything related to real estate, don’t hesitate to ask…chances are I have the answer and if not I know where to get it.

I have been using Tag Manager, which is a Microsoft product: http://tag.microsoft.com/consumer/index.aspx It is super easy and has a cool back end management system that makes it very easy to add or change the media a tag is pointing to. I also use StickyBits, which I like but it's a bit more tedious to manage and upload media to. I agree this is not the best way for an MLS to serve it's members. However, as a brokerage it may not be a bad idea. We have seen the impact publically displayed rankings have had, so think how this tool could drive more customers to a firm's best agents! At the end of the day that's what it's about...connecting customers with the most productive agents to increase conversion. Funny! I just recorded a video blog today on "Business as usual." I'll be doing a series on overused catch phrases...but Business as Usual means to me that someone does not know what's going on. And when they figure it out...and have the best angle in place for them...they'll let you know! What a shame that people and companies still work that way! Time to pull back the curtain and expose them for what they are! Jason Lopez CA Real Estate Broker License# 01180851 twitter: @jaylopez http://www.facebook.com/jasonklopez
