I am the VP of Sales and Managing Broker for the RealEstate.com operation and brokerage in California. RealEstate.com, a Tree.com company, operates several distinct divisions including a full service brokerage known as RealEstate.com, REALTORS, iNest which is a builder network, a Broker Network where we generate real estate leads for our broker partners, and Domania.com, a lead generation and incubation system for real estate brokers and lenders. We are also interested in acquisitions and other advertising opportunities, so contact me for more information.

I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and I launched the San Diego market for RealEstate.com, REALTORS in October 2006 and have grown it to nearly 250 agents serving markets from San Diego to San Jose. Prior to joining RealEstate.com I was the General Manager of an independently owned and operated RE/MAX franchise. The company was named by REALTOR® Magazine as the # 3 real estate firm in the U.S. for “Per Agent Sales Volume”, # 9 for Growth, and # 85 for “Overall Performance” in their annual Top 100 issue. With just over 200 agents, the company did $1.2 billion in sales volume serving markets in San Diego and Riverside counties.

LOVE IT! Judy...consider this...while you are driving back to your home/office to fax the handwritten contract...I have done mine on Winforms, sent to my client to sign digitally...and then e-mailed to the listing agent...all in about 10 minutes. It also stores them electronically so now I have a paperless transaction. Time is of the essence and if by using this technology it gets my client's offer in first then it is worth the investment. The otehr consideration is our clients are living and working like this...and we should be to! Do the math there John Peitler...80 million divided by 200 million is not $425,000...it's $425.00. Hardly enough to make a dent in my mortgage!
