I’m all about business! During 24+ years in the real estate industry, as a Broker/Owner, sales trainer, and coach, my focus has always been on increasing business and holding down costs. Before going into the real estate field, I was National Sales Manager and then CEO of a consumer electronics manufacturer. In each of these positions, the goals were always the same: find ways to increase sales and profitability for all the retailers in our national network.
After much success and some failures, I understand the truth in the expression that, “You learn from success, but you learn even more from failure.” Here is another truth; you can learn from your failures, or you can learn more quickly from the failures of others. (And it’s much less expensive.)
Many years ago, I learned that the key to my success was unlocking the potential that existed in those people and companies that I was fortunate enough to touch. In this world, the common thread that joins all successful enterprises is communication. The most powerful communications tool of all time is the internet.
