We just added a 'twitter this' feature to our service. Now someone viewing an OnlinePropertyShowcase™ of a listing can share it with family and friends through Twitter, Digg, Facebook, MySpace, and over 100 other social networking sites and services. It's amazing how social media has changed the world. Not long ago our job was simply to photograph a property, then we had to post the photos online, then customers wanted seamless linking with the MLS and REALTOR.com. Now the next step is to allow viewers to share what they find to their friends. We just completed a major upgrade to our service where viewers with a click of the mouse add the tour to their FaceBook page, Digg, bookmarks, or even Twitter their find to their friends. Well, I just watched 8:30 of a 17 minute video - I just couldn't take it anymore. My favorite line, "as you can see it has a superfluous amount of apace." FYI: Here is how I photograph a home over $2M: http://www.OnlinePropertyShowcase.com/showcase/10240 Maybe I'm nuts, but isn't the reason we do this is to make people want to visit the home???
