Huh??? How does a website, or an AVM, put agents out of business? Can RPR negotiate terms of a sale? Can RPR explain a purchase contract? Can RPR help a buyer determine what they need/want in a home? Can RPR fix all the issues that arise in the home purchase / sale process? Can RPR market a listing? If providing a CMA is the only value one adds as an agent, then one should seriously consider another line of work. Even if a CMA is all someone has to offer, then USE the automated value (which will NEVER be completely accurate) to demonstrate YOUR expertise. I honestly don't get this "putting us out of business" thought. Please help me understand Ken (or anyone else that feels this way). What do you suggest?
