I am a real estate Broker who specializes in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. I received her Salespersons license in 1984 and with much further education received my Broker’s license in 1989. I am constantly taking consumer protection classes in order to protect her clients. I currently holds six designations . Prior to working with Kane & Associates, I was part owner of a small Alameda real estate company., worked with two Alameda real estate companies and a prominent Bay Area Franchise. I have extensive real estate experience in sales, negotiating, technical skills, management, marketing and training other REALTORS®. I give the best service to her clientele. I stay in constant communication before and after the transaction closes escrow. Since 1993 I have been a state director and held many leadership positions for the California Association of Realtors®. I continue to be active in Local Real Estate Associations. This keeps me updated with Real Estate Laws, Regulations, and Contracts.

    Our MLS has been trying to convert to Paragon 5. Our MLS Council has been beta testing Paragon 5 and there are still some glitches to be fixed before we send it out to our members.     In Alameda, homes sales, especially the townhouses have come to a halt since the tax credits went away. I do hope that more tax credits will be avaiable soon to buyers.   • I sure do hope the market

    I sure do hope the market picks up again in August. Since the tax credits have gone away, my market has come to a halt. I expected my listing to receive an offer within a week and it is just sitting with minimal showings. Had a couple of buyers say "Why is this property so cheap? No one is writing offers! It is priced at the most recent comp with many more upgrades. Hey Buyers where are you? This townhouse is great!!
