Jean Sehic is a professional Realtor and Distressed Property expert licensed in California and is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Southland Regional Association, and Greater Antelope Valley Association of Realtors. As well as being a Realtor, she is an Ordained Minister and a Notary Public, certified for Electronic Notarizations (ENS) for commercial, residential and retail Loan Signings and is currently a member with the National Notary Association, American Society of Notaries, Association of Notary professionals and a member of the Society of Field Inspectors.

As a Realtor and a Notary her responsibilities and duties include market analysis, broker price opinions, and marketing strategies for real estate, providing fulfillment services as a Business/Field Inspector (Licensed Realtor); Commercial Property Inspector (Licensed Realtor) for physical facility inspections. As project manager, Jean gained significant construction experience in real estate and development by working closely managing each subcontractor, time, efficiency, and costs on large residential additions.
