Jeff concentrates his efforts and services by assisting owners with attracting and retaining qualified agents, and then coaches owners in the art of helping agents define and create these business platforms. Jeff honed his skills at his own coaching company, so now he shares those skills with franchise owners to help them guide their agents in creating successful and profitable business plans. Whether through Open House, Advanced Farming, Innovative Referral Techniques or other appropriate business systems, he works with owners to help them get their agents focused on their own systems for success. We have found the formula for remarkable growth.

Qualifications and Training
As a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Computer Science Information Systems, Jeff and his skills shine in the advanced technology environment at Windermere. With that in mind, Jeff has served as Chair for the Forms and Contracts for both Nevada Association of REALTORS and the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORS. He has also been privileged with the "REALTOR of the Month" award on two (2) separate occasions, as well as in numerous other capacities.
