His insistence on remembering the technological pioneering that ERA did, while at the same time, building tools(and the training for those tools) to assist his brokers and their agents into the future, is a solid plan. I can still remember seeing my first fax. It was in an ERA office in San Jose, California in 1981. I was impressed then...as I'm sure I will be with their next innovation. As Hank Trisler used to say, "Every morning when I wake up my goal is to outrun and outsell my competition, but from time to time, it's not a bad thing to give em a kudo!" Congratulations to ERA.
