You can’t help but be passionate about real estate when it has been such a significant part of your own life. In 1994, my husband and I started on a journey that brought us from Milwaukee, Wi to Suamico Wi, Joplin, MO, Clinton MO, East DePere WI, Geneva, IL, St. Paul, MN and finally back to Green Bay WI all in a period of 8 years. Yes, 7 moves in 8 years.

Our homes have ranged in age from brand new to 80+ years and everything in between. We have built 2 different home, have bought homes in extremely competitive sellers markets and have sold some in much slower markets. We have had more than our fair share of Radon remediation and bidding wars. Needless to say, I know the emotions involved in buying and selling a home or being uprooted to a completely new community.

Through these experiences I have put to use in my own career the qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network. I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently.
