Jeri Gutner I know a Realtor who was sitting an open house on a cold, drizzly day. The sellers were out of town, the heat was turned down and the traffic was nil. At one point, she sat down on the couch and chilly, she put a blanket over her shoulders. She woke up at 7:30 PM, drooling on someone elses couch, it was dark outside and she had NO idea of where she was.
