With ALLISON JAMES ESTATES & HOMES, the Realtor pays a flat fee of $295 per month. Then, the Realtor gets to keep 100% of his or her commission. This company also works closely with the Escrow Company, the Title Company and Attorneys to allow Realtors to be paid their commission at the closing table.
