    John & Helen Graham We are also experiencing appraisal problems in Northern Nevada. Despite obvious comps and a requested appraisal appeal we just lost a deal that under appraised by $32K. On appeal the appraiser beacame beligerent and accused the lender in writing of "only trying to hit the sales price to close a deal". This whole appraisal issue needs a major overhaul!!
