    John & Helen Graham Kris, you are the bomb. If you ever decided to give up Real Estate as a career we believe that you have a promising future as a writer. Technology for technologies sake has never worked. It needs to be a tool. For peoopel who know golf, you can legally carry 14 clubs in your bag and you need to know how to use each of them. I find it facinating that people are going ga-ga over text, twitter et all which is a one way communication medium. I may have to send and receive 6 text messages or tweets to accomplish what I can get done with old technology (the telephone) in one three minute phone call. Most of us have 4 to 5 generations (age groups) of clients and need to be able to communicate with each of them in the manner they wish effectively. All I want from technology is for it to be a tool like a screwdriver. You know how it works and what you can do with it. Great post Kris

    John & Helen Graham Let the market drive changes to our business and business models. The good agents will lead or keep pace and the others will bite the dust. If I wanted to work in a highly regulated environment, I would be giving the President a call and go to work for the government. Never forget, the government is the root cause of this issue going back to President Carter, President Clinton, Chris Dodd and Barney Frank.     John & Helen Graham Kris, You are fantastic. You really have a gift of being able to capture the essence of any topic that you write about. This comission issue is a joke. The market place will dictate what the value of our services are to the market. You NAR comments are right on. How can an organization of our size NOT get better benefits and services? Is anyone really trying? We finally are seeing some material on short sales after over 12 months of denial by NAR. Oh well, now I am getting into a rant. Great job Chris.
