As a locally-owned and operated real estate company, Perry & Co. has built a tradition of client service and satisfaction for over 37 years. Over the years we’ve built the company from one office serving Central Denver to three offices serving Metro Denver. Our average home sale is over $500,000, nearly twice that of the Metro area’s average home sale, which results in our reputation as a luxury market agency. Perry & Co. has successfully marketed and sold condominium units in over 38 different new build and converted multi-unit projects throughout Metro Denver. We’ve been a pioneer in successful project development from planning through to completion.

Recently we’ve become the exclusive Denver Regent for Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate (LuxuryRealEstate.com) the world’s most viewed luxury real estate website and networking company, representing the most exclusive properties world-wide.

Our Mission: To be the premiere boutique real estate company in Metro Denver by creating a unique customer experience, one which emphasizes extraordinary service. Is realized through the following Company Goals:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information, skilled analysis and sound real estate advice to our customers and our community.

Recruit, and retain, the best agents and staff in the industry – productive, enthusiastic, and hard-working.

To continually explore ways to improve the real estate experience through new ideas and technologies.

Maintain an atmosphere that is conducive to high productivity and positive energy.

Our two “showcase” offices located in high-traffic retail areas, Cherry Creek North and the Belleview Promenade, invite passers-by in to see our listings and offer a unique opportunity for interested buyers to “see and touch” product information, renderings and floor plans, and meet with agents.

I have to say that I disagree with Tip #3 "Skip The Flash" on principle. Most real estate professionals lack the necessary skills, not to mention the proper photography equipment, needed to "set the camera for a longer exposure, steadied by an inexpensive tripod." I'm always telling our agents to use the Force Flash option on their point-and-shoot cameras. By using the Force Flash option (the lighting bolt icon on most digital cameras) you take the reliance away from the camera's Auto Flash setting which makes a determination based upon ambient light - in most cases it would choose not to flash (as suggested in Tip #3). The problem with that is say a lot of light is shining in a window, the camera will adjust its aperature to properly expose for the window light thus insufficiently exposing the rest of the room. With the flash forced to flash, the rest of the room will be lit and the camera will expose the room more evenly. However, to achieve the best quality (with some expense) hire a professional real estate photographer who has the proper equipment needed to get perfect exposures. --- Jon Larrance Vice President Perry & Co. Julie, This is a very insightful article. Especially given that I heard the same sentiment expressed last week at the Luxury Real Estate conference. However in Denver we haven't quite seen that feeding frenzy yet. Jon Larrance Vice President Perry & Co. @perryandco
