He is the author of a series of real estate market reports and articles, a frequent speaker at real estate and appraisal functions, a prolific blogger and sits on a number of advisory panels.

    I have 2 blogs, but one of them is solely my content and the other has guest authors that supplement my own writing and are appraiser colleagues of mine. It's more narrowly defined and has less content. I've always looked at blogging as a personal release for my passion about a topic. If its a mechanical process, and not passionate, then the reader can tell. If you ever don't feel like writing. Don't. Please. Otherwise it's a job. Matrix: Interpreting the real estate economy

Imagine how bad a PR problem your industry must be having when people would rather turn to Realtors for help." Hysterical! Ali - you are no longer a rookie - there's nothing more seasoned than a professional recommending others more qualified to answer a question for your customer.
