    @Rajeev. Yes, the threaded conversations are a great feature of Gmail. @Jeremy. You can still have a yourname@yourcompany.com email account. You can use Gmail's Mail Fetcher to forward yourname@yourcompany.com mail to Gmail -- and you can still reply with yourname from Gmail. Since mail is now at yourname.com and Gmail, you have a backup, just in case yourname email acct has problems.
