Great Job Kevin and Fred. Maybe if more people shine light of the actions of the negotiators/lenders we could get this processed moved along faster. Obviously no investor likes to take a loss, however,a short sale is much better than having to take the ownership back of a property that then would cost much more to get off the books via the foreclosure route.
