I'm not too concerned with a real estate turn around. In fact, it may not be a benefit for all of the buyers that are coming out of the word work to buy their first homes in the Bay Area. I like the comparison to the market being like a muddled L instead of a V. I don't think we want a V, from a buyers point of view. There are great opportunities for people to buy right now and it makes for great movement in our Bay Area marketplace.

Great post, Lai! I love my San Bruno niche. One can make a living just being the "small town" resource for swimming pool and library hours and later the Realtor that everyone knows well enough by now! I do my nich marketing by geographical farming by door, blog, and calls! I love hearing about other niches people have!
