    Good article Bernice and timely advice. While rising interest rates should be a significant indicator for "moving quickly" agents, especially new ones, need to be learning to understand the cycles of interest rates and that we are now, very probably, headed for a long term steady climb in rates. People still must purchase homes so rate will become less and less significant as we approach, and quite likely, surpass the double digit rate mark.
