I am a Broker/Associate servicing the Monmouth County areas in New Jersey. I'm not a lister of properties, I am a seller of Properties.     So you all charge a commission as the listing agent working only in the sellers best interest and you bring in your own buyers apparantely. n agent with a buyer for your listing is not going to bring their buyer without compensation, so you are always acting in a dual disclosed manner on all your listings. Am I right???
