Linda has been a top producer in the Real Estate industry for almost two decades and has won numerous awards. Linda is proud to have attended both Louisiana State University & the University of Florida. After college, she worked in the fields of probate and real estate law with two prestigious Orlando law firms before moving into residential real estate full time. Linda has been happily married for 32 years, she is the mother of three wonderful daughters and has sponsor of many foreign exchange students from countries including, Belgium, Costa Rica, France, Germany, Iceland, Thailand and China. Linda is Stirling Sotheby's International Realty's Managing Director of the Career Development Institute as a trainer, mentor and coach to newly licensed agents with the company. Linda is also the Managing Director of the Winter Park Real Estate Gallery. Her positive outlook and volunteer spirit make her a strong advocate for sellers and buyers throughout the Central Florida area.     Hi everyone. First, my name is LINDA HUTCHINSON and I am with Stirling SOTHEBY'S International Realty in Orlando/Winter Park, Florida. So a big hello to my Sotheby's friend, Mary Lynn in Scottsdale. I had a wonderful time in your city last year during the Sotheby's Network Event! Also, Susie...I own a home in Maggie Valley Club on Cedar Drive. I wish I could visit MV more but work is keeping me busy at the moment. It's a small world really and I miss the Blue Ridge mountains!     Phyllis, Things are improving but slowly. We are seeing homes in Orlando selling when they are priced around 10% below fair market value or in other words, at around 2004 price points. The people who are motivated and are not upside down on their mortgages have the greatest potential for selling. It is still a bit of a struggle to convince Sellers that the "glory" days of real estate are gone for now and that they must consider EVERY offer and must lower their expectations.     Nancy, I can honestly say I have been doing this for quite some time and everything I advertise, everything I do, my business cards, my listing packages...absolutely everything has a one page insert about my blog. My business cards feature my blog. I have a lot of readers but not many comments. That is an on-going issue. I think people are afraid to write a response as they are not confident in their writing ability. I do know people are reading it though. I would stay the course, write your blog and encourage people to respond. Don't give up. Blogging is a great way to show your personality to your prospective clients!
