I have been a full-time Realtor for 6 years. I started my career with Prudential Carruthers Realty in Anne Arundel County. When Re/Max Gold opened it's doors in Queen Anne County, I enthusiastically joined. Within my first 6 months, I obtained a million dollars in sales. Within the first year, I was awarded Rookie Realtor of the Year, and obtained Silver Volume Award. I have since joined the Queen Anne County Chamber of Commerce,,received Cerificate of Recognition by Metropolitan's Who's Who, earned the ABR(Accredited Buyers Representative)designation,CRS(Certified Residential Specialist) designation and Executive Club Award. I have since become an agent with Exit Gold Realty due to the fact the Broker sold Remax Gold back to Remax International, however, I still provide the exceptional service you expect from your agent. I will also continue to increase my knowledge of the real estate business by completing courses I feel is necessary to advance my career in real estate.
I handle all types of properties,both waterfront,and inland residential, as well as land. The areas I cover are Queen Anne, Caroline, Talbot, Anne Arundel, and Prince George's Counties.
My objective for my clients? For sellers of residential real estate my objective is to net you the most money in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of problems.. For buyers, my objective is to find you the right home, at the best price, in the right time, with the least amount of worries.
