I applaud Marcie for telling the truth about the incompetence of the government in trying to give assistance that requires creditors to take additional risk. Until HUD incents the lenders to make the loans that pose them more risk and until HUD stops stabbing lenders in the backs when loans go bad all these bogus help programs won't help and won't work. Everyone should spend more time focusing on those who want to enter the home buying areana but are stopped by the big banks controlling access to loans and FNMA and FHLMC price gouging the consumer. Lets just call it like it is the government is self serving and all talk. Of course that is just my opinion. Keep up the good work Marcie someone needs to be telling the truth for a change.
