Opened my own Real Estate Brokerage in Gold Canyon Arizona in September, 2008. I work with my daughter Lisa Fonseca and my husband Don. I have a team consisting of an escrow company, two lenders, and a list of landscapers, contractors, handimen, plumbers, electricians etc we can refer to our client base. Our office is easy to find on Kings Ranch road across the street from the Gold Canyon Golf Resort. Here is what i have been doing in my professional life:

Started in Arizona Real Estate in February 1999. Multi-Million dollar producer every year. Opened my own brokerage in Gold Canyon in September, 2008. RE/MAX for 9 years, prior. Prudential 1 year and started in Mesa with Century 21.

Illinois Real Estate 1986 - 1989 First United Realty - Wheaton, Winfield, Naperville & Carol Stream, Illinois. Multi-Million dollar producer every year.

SPECIALIZING IN: Residential Resale, +55 community of Mountainbrook Village, Land and New Homes in the communities of Gold Canyon, Apache Junction, North East Mesa, Gilbert, San-Tan Valley & Chandler.

Golf Course Properties The +55 Community of MountainBrook Village & Superstition Mountain, Quail Canyon and Vista del Corazon in Gold Canyon.

BIOGRAPHICAL My husband Don, is a retired Walgreen's Pharmacist & works with me. Together we have four children all whom have left the nest and twin grandchildren in Arizona.. We also have two Maltese Dogs named Annie and Barkley!

Prior to getting into Real-Estate I was the Director of Operations for Sprint in Arizona, HR Director for Ameritech Corporation (formally AT&T) all back in Illinois. Coming to Arizona was a wonderful adventure and living here inspires me everday!

    I have 4 times the sales you are reporting for me for the past 3 years. My listings are currently correct but that is where it stops. I have NO PROBLEM with you publishing my statistics or my agent's statistics, I am proud of them and we work very hard to achieve them, but your reporting is wrong. Once you get it right that is great, have at it, if that is what you like to do. I post our sales on our web site and have done so for many years so visitors to our web site can see just what we do. We don't try to make ourselves look better with faulty statistics, our record and reputation stands for itself and I believe that is the case for most agents and brokerages. My big problem is the posting of inaccurate results on your web site. Need to get it fixed or forget about it. Buyers and Sellers have the right to know the record of the person they will be working with, but the record they see should be accurate not made up to make a Redfin Agent look better. Enough said, good luck with what you are trying to do, just do it right.

    I pay MLS dues as a designated Broker and feel our MLS should not allow this VOW, REDFIN, to publically post INCORRECT information about us and our agents.
