Though I have NO affiliation with Daniel and have never even met Jay, the domain authority is being redirected to the Real Estate Zebra (under no marching orders or orchestration). The first thing you do as a new agent is create a database of family and friends and do a mailing letting them know that you DO REAL ESTATE. In my mind, this is kinda the same thing. I don't see it as "spamming" your friends rather just another way of letting them know. In addition, facebook provides tools that will allow your friends to block or remove content that they may consider annoying. Lastly, there is some facebook content that is crawled by google and doesn't require a login. I am sure there is a way to push those listings out to a group or business page that is outside your personal profile. Side Note: It's a good idea to create links to your site that aren't solely for the purpose of passing link juice.
