What makes you unique?

My core belief is that it is absurd that the real estate buying and selling process is such a stressful experience, especially with the amount of money involved. Consumers reflect this in their low opinion of realtors and they do not always see the value in using a realtor because with many realtors, there is none! My job is to take all stress away from the client. I have numerous systems in place to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
I really strive to make it the best possible experience for you, continually educate myself to give you the best advice, and check and triple check each details for a smooth hassle-free transaction. Making sure my clients get the best property for their dollar, no matter how long it takes, is very important to me. I am extremely patient and I do not believe buyers or sellers should be rushed in one of the most expensive decisions in their lives. I have lived in Athens, Berlin, London, Chicago, and Miami.

My Comments

  • I think it is a great idea

I think it is a great idea and fills a real need. I get annoyed daily by agents not even posting photos in our MLS. I do not send listings without photos to clients, which really hurts the sellers. Buyers want all the info and this will force sellers get the property looking its best. I recently showed a house where the description in the MLS stated " updated 3/2 owned by basketball player " and the house had no kitchen or bathroom yet, termite damage and was a 2/1. I called the listing agent and politely asked him if he had actually seen the house to which he responded " yes ". After I recovered my speech, I told him he should probably revise his description of the home. Anyway, this is why this Wiki MLS is a great idea. I am concerned though that it could shy potential buyers away from some great buys if they see some scary photos. realtors are definitely some of the worst photographers out there and will probably make a small water stain look like the biblical flood. When an agent actually shows the property to a potential buyer and if the agent knows a bit about renovations, repairs etc as an experienced agent should, you can guide the buyer as to what repairs are minor and which ones are a nighmare. This knowledge can help you negotiate a great deal especially if the listing agent has no clue. My point being that some comments and photos on the internet should be taken with a grain of salt and not deter buyers from maybe picking up a fabulous steal.
