    In Ann Arbor, we're experiencing a decrease in inventory under $400,000, but interestingly enough, prices are barely coming up. I believe that in spite of the decreased inventory, buyers anxiety about where the economy may go is stopping them from pushing prices up. Instead of doing a short sale, or bringing money to the table, we're seeing a lot of sellers renting their homes. As prices begin to climb, all of those rental homes will come back to the market, which will keep prices level for some time to come.
