A & M Team Properties is a successful real estate team led by Matthew Deaton, and comprised of three additional licensed real estate agents. All four agents are full-time agents which makes them more accessible to clients. This Realtor team specializes in REO marketing and BPO valuations. They currently do work for dozens of companies in the REO field. Matthew demands excellence for his clients, and works to ensure deadlines and goals are met. A&M Team Properties is backed by the strength of the nationally recognized Prudential name, and Matt heads the number 1 agent team for PCR in Virginia. Matt and his team are also the lead REO educators for all 27 offices of Prudential Carruthers, and offer education classes to agents free of charge to aid in agent understanding of the foreclosure process and to encourage agents to help buyers purchase these REO properties.
