Let's face it, there are very few 'experts' in a market like we have now. In my market 50% of the sales are short sales or foreclosures. I guess that does make me somewhat of an expert on those issues because I have done a fair number of transactions in those areas. But there is also a lot I don't know... What I don't know scares me.
