Our application enables buyers to understand the financial characteristics associated with buying and living in, renting, or reselling a property, based on a set of assumptions. The buyer should use the Realtor's assistance in setting the proper assumptions in the application to generate the most useful analysis. eRealInvestor is intended to be totally complementary to the buyer's and agent's existing processes and activities. It saves time for everyone, and in many cases it can enable buyers to become more comfortable with a property or a set of properties. - A slight point of clarification in the article - we have a button in the application which the user can click, which will send the lead to the agent. Our application's interface helps buyers engage with the property in a new way. When buyers want to engage more deeply and ask more questions, they click the "Contact" button, which routes the lead to the agent. The lead is not sent to the Seller, as the article mentions.
