Michael Jake is Colorado's most trusted real estate investing mentor and coach.

Michael moved out to Colorado in the late 90’s working as a consultant to the information technology industry. He was caught up in the wave of salary increases and the ensuing crash shortly after the millennium. Faced with certain unemployment, Michael decided to look into real estate investing.

A good friend of Michael’s from growing up had bought his first house at age 20 and by his early 30s had done quite well. His friend was very good at what he did but wasn’t very good at teaching Michael how to do what he did and was in another state with different ‘rules’. Starting at the library, because at that time, with maxed out credit cards, it was the only thing he could afford.

Several books later, led him to his first seminar and his first successful deal where he continued to buy and sell houses and kept several along the way. He continued reinvesting profits into his education and has grown his business to well over 379+ transactions by late 2007. He continues to buy 4 to as many as 11 houses each and every month.

Along the way Michael has been asked to be a part of several local and national panel of experts, has spoken on stage and on nationally promoted tele-seminars to discuss his successes and teach other investors the secrets he has learned from his investing experiences. Michael also won real estate investor “Marketer of the Year” in 2005 competing against investors from all over the United States.

After speaking at one local investors meeting he was swamped with other local investors who were dying to know his secrets, so Michael began coaching other local investors to reproduce the success he has created. Michael continues to coach and mentor a small group of local investors along the Colorado Front Range to learn the ins and outs of financial freedom from buying, selling and holding residential real estate. Currently Michael controls over 17+ million in real estate assets and his company manages over 83 properties, all done part time using the systems he’s created along the way.
