Michael Jordan has over 16 years experience in the commercial real estate industry and specializes in exclusively representing tenants and buyers and Corporate Service Assignments. In the course of representing and consulting his clients, Michael has developed both financial and locational feasibility studies, assembled, coordinated and managed multi-market project consultant teams, performed in-depth evaluations of alternatives, negotiated and documented transactions and demonstrated a consistent record of assignments completed on time and within budget.

Prior to assuming his current role in December 2010, Mr. Jordan was President and acting Broker of The Jordan Companies, a regional tenant and buyer advisory commercial real estate boutique firm. Michael was also Land Acquisition Manager for KB Home’s Los Angeles/Ventura Division in 2005.

Mr. Jordan began his career in 1996 in the CB Richard Ellis office in Bakersfield, specializing in both tenant and landlord brokerage services with a focus on office properties. In 1999, Michael moved to San Diego to join the CB Richard Ellis office in La Jolla and become part of the Global Corporate Services group that focuses exclusively on occupier representation. In 2002, Michael relocated back to CB Richard Ellis’ Bakersfield office to establish a Global Corporate Services presence in the Southern San Joaquin Valley. During Michael’s 16 year commercial real estate career he has been involved in over 370 transactions totaling over 24,000,000 square feet with total considerations in excess of $440,000,000. He has also been directly involved in acquiring and helping to entitle and improve over 5,775 acres of land and 1,050 residential lots valued over $118,000,000.
